Move RX is now in-network with multiple insurance companies to better serve you and our community. We are now preferred providers with the following insurance companies:

Regence BCBS gives us access to the entire BCBS network nationally including Blue Plans and most Anthem plans. Please check to see if we are listed under your provider network if there are questions.

For those without one of the plans listed above, we can submit for out-of-network benefits on your behalf. Please check to see that your plan has out-of-network benefits for this option. In this case, a cash payment is collected at time of service and your insurance reimburses you based on your contractual agreement with them.  

We also offer very competitive cash pay rates. There can be many benefits from seeking out of network care. This may include: 

  • No referral or pre-authorization required 
  • No visit limitations or restrictions on treatment from insurance companies
  • We can see you for wellness, prevention and maintenance which is not covered by insurance. 
  • Often a more affordable option with high deductible plans

Cash pay rates

  • Single visit: $175/visits
  • 5 package of visits: $800 ($160/visit)
  • 10 package of visits $1500 ($150/visit)
