No. Oregon is considered a direct access state and therefore no referral is required to see a Physical Therapist. Insurance companies may put limitations on this but because we are not in network it should not be an issue.
As of November 15th we will be adding our first insurance contract with Regence BCBS and will be able to take all Regence plans as in-network. For all other insurance companies we will continue to be out of network but if you have out of network benefits with your insurance plan, you may qualify for reimbursement ranging from 20-80% of the cost of your visits.
If you call our office we are happy to help you verify out of network benefits through our partner Reimbursiy and will be able to help you determine what the cost of your visits will be. Alternatively, you can contact your insurance directly and ask if you have out of network coverage for physical therapy.
Not at all. In fact we will do most of the work for you. We have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement. Download the app to help track your claims.
We want your cost to be upfront so you know exactly how much your PT will cost each session. Current rates for a single visit is $160 and with the purchase of packages can be as low as $140/visit.
Yes, we are able to accept both HSA and FSA cards as payment for your appointments at Move RX.
Each of your visits will be at least 60 min and possibly longer. Every visit will be 1:1 with a Physical Therapist who specializes in your exact needs. We will never use an untrained aide or technician during your sessions.
Your PT will be available to you via phone, email or the PT Everywhere App at all times after your visit. Forgot how to do an exercise, we’ll send a video. Having a pain flare up, have your PT talk you through home management. We will do everything in our power to make sure we are successful in getting you to your goals.
