Getting excited for ski season but not exactly feeling those mid winter legs right now. As we start to approach the winter season it’s time to tune up those boards and skis but also our bodies. This 8 week class will meet every Tue and Fri morning from the 1st of Nov until Christmas. Our goal is to prepare both skiers and snowboarders for the upcoming season with focus on mobility, core and back strength and lower body power and endurance. Pablo with guide you through a progressive 8 week program so when the snow comes you can ski longer, ski harder and have more fun this year.
